This was the first time I’ve used Howard Conrad to repair any tech. This was to repair my iPhone 13 Pro Max. Making the appointment and leaving my phone with Danny for a few hours was seamless and professional. The repair was carried out and I was updated on progress. Excellent service. Repaired my Homepod 1st Gen after it would not power on and the Apple "Genius bar" said that it would be cheaper for me to buy a new Homepod than get it repaired. Whereas the Howard Conrad team went beyond the call of duty and not only repaired the faulty diode (the issue) but also replaced capacitors at same time. Whole process from submitting the request to the return of my Homepod took less than the estimated 10 days. Even gave me a voucher to save money with them when my second Homepod suffers the same fault as the first. These guys are fantastic. I had a HomePod with some Issues and the whole process was fantastic from start to finish. They replaced a few parts that weren’t even broken, but they thought might need it. It came back to me working perfectly again. Communication was excellent, and the booking process was easy. My Home Pod stopped working so it had been parked in the attic for over a year as I simply couldn’t part with it but couldn’t justify paying Apples repair price! I came across Howard Conrad after someone told me that it could probably be repaired and to search for third party repairers. From the outset the communication was excellent and I decided to send it myself by recorded delivery. An email acknowledged that it had been received and a further email confirmed what was wrong with it, what would be done to repair it and when to expect it back. It arrived back on the day promised working perfectly. I am so happy to have it playing my tunes again and delighted with the service and communication from Howard Conrad.
