Do you repair Android and Windows devices?
No we only repair Apple devices. This includes the majority of iPhone, iPad and Mac models Apple have released.
Do you repair Apple Watches?
Unfortunately we are not currently repairing Apple Watches. The best place to get your Apple Watch repaired is at an Apple Store at the moment.
Do I need to bring the charger / power cable in with me?
If your repair is charging or power related it is vital you
bring your charger or power cable in with you so we can test it along
with your device. However, if your repair isn’t power related we have our own selection of testing chargers and power cables we use to check your device is operating as it should. So, you don’t beed to bring your charger or power cable.
Do I need to make an appointment?
Making an appointment allows us to guarantee availablity and check we have the parts in we need to carry out a repair. However, booking isn’t required as walk-in customers are welcome.
Are you authorised by Apple?
We are not an Apple authorised repair centre however all of our hardware repairs include 3 years warranty.
How long does an iPhone screen typically take to repair?
An iPhone screen repair normally takes 1-3 hours to complete. As part of our repair process, we put all devices through our extensive testing program.
Do you take American Express?
No unfortunately we don’t take American Express, however we take the normal range of credit / debit cards.
